On the telephone, in the front office, and in the dental chair, our well-trained team will focus on you as a unique and significant individual. You can expect first-class, five-star treatment at Spring Branch Dental Care. During your visit, every member of our team will commit to making you feel welcomed and relaxed, and we will respect your busy schedule.
We’ll help you take an active role in your oral health by showing you what we find in your comprehensive exam and explaining treatment options. Our technology and skill encourage a high level of health, well being, and safety. Together, we can achieve the results you want.
Gabriela attended the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been in the dental field for 24 years. She has consulted in diverse dental offices throughout South Texas and has mastered the management aspects of dentistry. With her broad range of dental experience and knowledge, she assists Dr. Carr in customizing ideal comprehensive treatment plans for our patients. During the consultation appointment Gabriela educates our patients regarding their recommended treatment plan so they can assist us in finalizing a plan that “best fits their needs.” By listening to our patient’s dental goals and providing the service “they desire” our patients are able to enjoy the quality of life they deserve.
An advocate of lifelong learning, over the years, Gabriela has been trained by some of the top dental management consultants. To ensure our office and patients receive the best that dentistry has to offer she continues to attend continuing education seminars on a regular basis.
On her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her large family; spouse, 2 teenage sons, 6 sisters, 3 brothers, 19 nephews and nieces, and her dad.
Jeannette - Patient and Insurance Coordinator
Jeannette, our patient coordinator, greets our patients with her warm smile as they walk through our doors. With her upbeat and friendly personality she brings 8 years of dental experience to our patients. Jeannette received her dental administrative training from Gabriela Sierra from Sierra Dental Management seven years ago. Jeannette ensures our schedule runs smoothly and efficiently by managing the appointments for Dr. Carr and Amanda, our hygienist. She ensures our patients experience a dental visit like no other. Jeannette is also our insurance coordinator and assists patients in receiving the maximum level of coverage their employer has provided for them. Jeannette also assists Gabriela in presenting treatment and payment options to our patients.
While not in the office, Jeannette loves spending time with her family and friends.
Matthew - Administrative and Clinical Assistant
Matthew, our administrative and clinical assistant, ensures our patients are reminded of their appointments so we can help them achieve their dental goals. He also assists the clinical team which enables us to maintain high standards in our sterilization and infection control areas.
An avid outdoorsman, Matthew loves camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, and riding his mountain bike. He also enjoys rock climbing and swimming. His winning smile and outgoing personality make him a great asset to our practice.
Beatrice - Certified Dental Assistant
Beatrice is our primary chairside assistant. She helps Dr. Carr stay on top of each procedure and makes sure our patients stay comfortable during treatment.
A graduate of the San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assistants, Beatrice is certified in radiology, nitrous oxide administration, and CPR. She holds certification as a dental assistant with TSDA. Beatrice has extensive military experience; she served in the Army, where she was assigned to personnel records for the dental clinic.
Gardening with her husband and watching her three daughters, Alexandria, Victoria, and Elizabeth, in all their extra curricular activities keep Beatrice busy in her time away from the office. She loves to play golf whenever possible.
Amanda - Registered Dental Hygienist
Amanda, our thorough and gentle dental hygienist, is a co-therapist with Dr. Carr. She uses preventive educational and therapeutic methods for the control of oral disease to aid our patients in attaining and maintaining optimum oral health.
Amanda received her hygiene degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. When not treating our patients, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, scrap booking, beading, and shopping.
Elsa - Recare Coordinator
Elsa dental experience consists of five years as a dental assistant, four years as a receptionist and twenty one years as an office manager. Annually she attends training seminars to enhance her continuous dental education. Her knowledge and expertise has provided her with all the assets required in providing the on going patient relation. Her 30 years experience has assist her in mastering the managerial administrative management techniques of dentistry.
Elsa and her husband Ron enjoy their five grandchildren. They enjoy hiking, fishing, and gardening.
